Manifest your heart’s desires and bring deeper meaning and joy to this year’s winter holiday season of Light

December is a month packed with a complicated interweaving of sacred holidays, family traditions, commercialism, endless parties, bittersweet recollections of the past, and hopeful peeks into the future. At the core of it all is the deep, magical rebirth of light at the point of greatest darkness that many world religions celebrate in different ways.

The winter solstice, the darkest point of the year, marks the beginning of light returning—of life itself returning to the earth. Yet, this quiet rebirth is set in the midst of a long, dark cold season, where the fruits of renewal are still many months away. Thus this season of profound darkness invites us to have faith in what can’t yet be physically seen. In order to see what’s ahead, we have to return to childlike perception that believes in magic and has abounding hope for the future. This series goes to the heart of the season to cultivate the state of mind and open heart that gives rise to miracles.

The year’s end holds such a strong collective mind-set of new beginnings and light returning that it’s a potent time to do spiritual work. In this class we will set a tone for the year, not with quickly broken resolutions, but by claiming a spiritual power that will grow steadily within us over time. You’ll find the event to be a meaningful alternative to the usual frenetic holiday parties.

About the Making Miracles Meetup

With an emphasis on practical spirituality and redefining the nature of reality as we know it, this bimonthly class is a lively, engaging forum for achieving personal goals, learning intuitive and empowerment skills, supporting health and wellbeing, developing spiritual community and having fun. Each week explores a different aspect of living a miraculous life. Most classes include a mix of group discussion, guided meditation, intuitive feedback, and guided spiritual exercises to engage insight, awaken intuition, raise consciousness and tap the synergy of group energy. Each class is a complete experience so you can attend any time without feeling that you’re “coming in at the middle.” Typically, group members notice significant positive life changes within weeks of regular participation.

These events go beyond light spiritual discussion to include deep experiences of personal transformation. If your Sunday gathering, book study or meditation group isn’t giving you the depth of personal connection and/or spiritual experience you’re looking for, you might find what you’re seeking here. Regular attendance is not required but recommended.
