We are forming a mindfulness discussion group for women in the Twinsburg area. The group will explore and discuss mindfulness principles through books and other materials but will also be a place where we can discuss our successes (and struggles) in applying mindfulness in our daily lives. There will also be a brief meditation at the end of each session. We would like to keep the group small (about 8 members) as the goal is for us to really get to know one another. The group will meet every other Thursday from 7 to 8 pm at the homes of the two co-leaders.
