AzureCraft 2017: AI, Azure and Minecraft for Kids

Details

This is placeholder for the third installment of AzureCraft - we're intending to run this in early May 2017. If you've got children between the ages of 8 and 14 we're going to spend a day learning about Artifical Intelligence and Minecraft. We'll teach you how to build your Minecraft servers in Microsoft Azure with Project Malmo, a Microsoft Research innovation, and teach you how to build maps so that you can navigate your characters like Steve or "intelligent agents" and teach them how to learn from their mistakes. This day is a must for anyone with children who wants to learn programming and AI through the gaming universe of Minecraft. All children must be accompanied by at least one parent. Like last time places will be limited so sign up here now and you'll be sent the ticketed link shortly through a meetup update.
