Foundations of Meditation
Come learn the basics of meditation and mindfulness. This class includes learning about various focused awareness meditation techniques, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. Great for beginning meditators and all levels. Wear comfortable clothing. Please place shoes on the rack to the left of the door, before entering. We have chairs, cushions and yoga mats available for you to find the most comfortable seated position. Credit cards accepted. Please arrive a few minutes early.
