February meetup - Six decades of personal computing and some consequences for R
We're thrilled to announce our February 2019 meetup, to be held on Wednesday February 20 from 4:30-6:00PM in the UVa Brown Science and Engineering Library. John C. Nash will join us to present on his experiences with computational algorithms and R development over the years. The talk will include a brief overview of John's histoRicalg project, which is funded by the R Consortium: For more information about John and his talk, please refer to the presentation abstract: As always, users of all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome ... and snacks will be provided courtesy of the UVa Library!
