This group is meant for students or Faculty of UW who have interest in increasing the happiness index of the university. Hiking, meditation, Yoga, breathing, dining together, games, community service and more.. This is part of the YES (Your Enlightened Side) Plus club at UW and we aim to be explore tools to sustained happiness and also achieve success without stress. This is one place where you can be just yourself !

You will experience the soothing effect of breath work and gain an understanding of the link between your breathing patterns and state of mind! We will end with a guided meditation.
