The time has come to meet up again folks. We are preparing a second UX Meetup on October 20, 5pm, KC Grad (http://www.uxdesign.rs/blog). Write the date down in your diary, save it on your phone, stick a post-it on your computer, whatever you do, start counting down the days.

Last time we had local people opening up for the first UXBG meetup. This time, we're happy to host our colleagues from Berlin and Zagreb as well.
► 17:00h - Gathering
Come on time and reserve your seat for the talks upstairs in the gallery. Be sure to save your flyers (printed agenda) you'll receive at the entrance for the possibility to get some awesome swag at the end of the event.
►17:30h - Design, Today & Tomorrow // Nikola Zivanovic

Nikola will touch on what design is today, and what the future of design holds. There is a lot to look forward to here, as we will be able to discuss the present and future of the design industry. What do you think the design industry will look like in 10 years?

Focus of this talk will be on what Luka knows best, and this is talking about developing an app. What it takes to develop an app from scratch, discussing the idea with client’s and getting it ready for the AppStore. Luka will take you through the whole process, from a designer's point of view.

► 18:50h - UX Design Isn't Just About Design // Janko Jovanovic

Janko will be talking about how UX design isn’t just about design. He will talk about his personal experience how a traditional UCD process has been applied in an environment that wasn’t familiar with it, and had no understanding for it. It successfully managed to transform the company’s process and strategy. This presentation will really be able to shed some light on how design can have a positive effect on a company’s growth and strategy.

Let's mingle downstairs in one of the most attractive venues in Belgrade - KC Grad. There will be some basic snacks, but the drinks are on you. The more rounds you buy, the more friends and future colleagues you can meet.

Location
This time, we are inviting you to come to KC Grad, the European Centre for Culture and Debate (Braće Krsmanović 4, Beograd 11000).
KC Grad is a creative hub, whose main purpose is to culturally enlighten its visitors. Built in 1884 as a warehouse, after receiving funding and support from the Cultural Front Belgrade and the Amsterdam Felix Meritis Foundation it has been transformed into a safe haven for creatives.
We will be meeting on the upper floor, it houses a large space for exhibitions. In this space, our speakers will take to the floor. We can gather and network in the Café zone downstairs as well, it's really up to you.

While we have plenty place for the people downstairs to network and hang out, we have just 120 reserved seats for the talks. If there will be again more interest than we can handle, we'll search for even a bigger venue next time.
