Katarzyna is a UX researcher with a background in psychology and communication design. She has been doing research her whole career, from running her own venture to pursuing a PhD project on robots’ intentionality perception. Currently working at Google. In love with electronic beats and club culture.
We will talk about magic in product design. Almost everyone can recall a situation of accusing a machine of sabotaging your plans by not working properly when needed. What if this machine had eyes, was smiling at you, following your gaze? We will try to catch the magic in social robotics, a growing field with fantastic UX challenges for the future.
