Delivering UX workshops remotely: How we’ve adapted and what we’ve learned

Denise Heffernan is a User Experience researcher at Nimbus Research Centre, Munster Technological University. As part of the UX team in Nimbus she helps clients conceptualise, innovate and create delightful user experiences through exceptional user research, workshop facilitation, customer journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and training. She has worked with clients across a variety of industries such as e-commerce, Medtec, Fintech and e-Learning. In her spare time, she is finishing a PhD in playful design.

Arlene Murray, Mid-level Usability Engineer, Poppulo

Arlene Murray is a graduate of UCC, studying Digital Humanities and IT. Her studies focused on Philosophy and digital tools and while studying she developed an interest in usability. In 2017 she joined Poppulo as an intern and has continued to grow and learn since. Her particular focus now is on content strategies and accessibility
