The Customer Journey - What is CX

I am delighted to announce our speaker this month is James Wagstaff. Having worked in BT, Fidelity Investments & Aer Lingus i'm sure he has some great experience regarding CX that we can all learn from. James now works in Aro Digital Strategy, a full services digital agency who specialise in to luxury and premium brands in the hospitality industry.
