UX and Agile

This month we are exploring the topic of UX and Agile.

Our speakers are Donna Leonard, UX Designer with Smartbear Software and Rob Fahy UX Lead at Avaya. They will be discussing the challenges of working within Agile and how we can strive to make UX and Agile co-exist in relative harmony.

Bio:
Donna Leonard is a User Experience Designer with a social sciences background. After graduating with a master’s in Information Systems Management from NUIG, she was hired as a Business Analyst with Hewlett Packard. While there, she had the opportunity to attend UX training courses and jumped at the chance to move into a UX Design role. She is currently a UX Designer with Smartbear Software, a company that delivers tools for application performance monitoring (APM), software development, software testing and API management.

What will happen on the evening:

As per all of our Meetups, the first hour from 7-8pm is learning from our speakers, the 2nd hour is pizza and drinks and the opportunity to speak to other like-minded people interested in Design for Technology.

What is the €5 charge for:

We're just a group of people interested in sharing knowledge, and because we don't get sponsorship, we suggest €5 per person to put forward for the pizza, drinks, sweets and stationery! You can pay on the night!
