UX at The Economist: Lifting the curtain

What happens when you try to implement a modern-day UX process at a 177-year-old newspaper? In this talk, we’ll explore how The Economist is moving from print-first to digital as a way to connect with and reach new readers. We’ll be looking at the role of UX design & research in creating meaningful touch-points with audiences – by examining the sometimes messy, unexpected process of understanding the person on the other side of the page.
