In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how to design a personal digital twin: an AI thinking partner
modeled after your highest, most confident future self. Instead of using AI to replace your voice, we’ll
focus on using it to reflect, structure, and clarify your ideas.
This session is for UX professionals and creatives who have strong intuition but messy ideas — and
want a simple, human-centered way to turn them into clear stories and decisions.
No prior AI or custom GPT experience required.
What You’ll Learn (60 minutes)
You’ll learn how to:
• Define a digital twin and how it differs from a typical AI assistant
• Translate your future self (calm, confident, clear) into an AI persona
• Create a Digital Twin prompt that works in the free version of ChatGPT
• Optionally save the same setup as a Custom GPT (for Plus users)
• Use AI to:
o clarify messy ideas
o structure thoughts and stories
o support confidence and decision-making
You’ll leave with a working first version of your digital twin and a simple framework you can reuse.
