In this event, we'll do usability test sessions for real companies. They will bring in their prototype or actual build(app/web site)

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Anyone (UX designer,Product, Marketing, Tech) who want to get more experience in usability testing

OBJECTIVES

• For the "client" : to identify usability issues
• For other attendees : gain experience and knowledge in usability testing

FORMAT

For each flow:

• Quick intro : Who is the client and what they do | 2 mins
• Identify roles : moderator, tester, observers | 1 min
• Test | 15 - 20 mins
• Affinity mapping + discussion | 7 - 10 mins

We aim to test 2 - 3 flows at the event. We'll use the remaining time to discuss lesson learned from the tests on best practices for usability testing .
