  • UXDC Fall Conference

    Cleveland Park Library

Hello everyone! Based on the success of our spring conference (over 100 attendees), we received so much positive feedback; the community encouraged us to have a fall conference, and so here it is. We have a couple of speakers all ready lined up, but if you would like to be considered as a speaker, please send your bio and suggested presentation topic to James at [masked] with the title "Speaker CP 19" in the subject line please. We still have some speaker slots available, and if for some reason you are not chosen for this event, we will keep your bio and topic on file to present at future meetups. More details to come for the event regarding the final list of speakers and , so please stand by, but RSVP now before all the spots are taken! If anyone would like to be a volunteer for the event or leadership team, just send me an email to James at [masked] with the title "UXDC Volunteer" in the subject line please. Thank you everyone in advance. It is this positive energy and community support that makes everything possible. When we first took over the group we had a goal of increasing membership by 50% within one year (1,000). We have surpassed that goal with over 1,100 new people, a month earlier than previously hoped for. We will celebrate the milestone in December in conjunction with our holiday party. Stay tuned for details. Thanks again to all of you for your support. We do not take your participation, time, or goodwill for granted, and we are always looking for new ways to provide meaningful content and events for you. If you ever have any suggestions for improvements, please speak with me directly with the email provided above. Best wishes, James.
