We are rebooting the group with the blessing of Luke Miller. This is our first event with the new leadership team, and we hope to see you at this event and others in the future. We are having three very dynamic speakers from two of the biggest companies, and someone from the federal government. The talk topics and schedule are below. Lisa is Associate Creative Director of Experience Design with 20+ years of experience. I want to make the world a more humane place and inspire UX teams to do the same.

6:20 - 6:40 pm Don't Forget The Map: Avoiding Disaster With Information Architecture
Rachel Knickmeyer from CapitalOne
Rachel is UX and development leader with a masters degree in Human Computer Interaction and 12 years of professional experience in designing for both web, applications and mobile. Also a fan of post-it note artwork as a way to bond.

Stacy Surla from MetaMetrics
Ms. Surla is the Vice President of MetaMetrics Inc. She's past manager of User Experience for ICF's government division. She is an adjunct professor at Kent State University's graduate iSchool program, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Information Architecture, She is a twice-elected past officer of the Information Architecture Institute, a published author.
