ABOUT THE WORKSHOP LEADS:
Cody is a Sr. Manager of User Experience Design for ServiceNow’s Platform Tools, enabling customers to create their own applications, workflows, and bots too. Formerly, he designed and managed at Mitchell International, an enterprise leader in collision repair and insurance claims solutions. Outside of work he raises his 4 kids with his wife, and fondly reminisces about the hobbies he used to have. Cody is a long-time member of UX Speakeasy and has been voted Sexiest UX Man San Diego, 3 years running.
Laura is a Sr. UX/UI Designer for ServiceNow’s Vulnerability Management Product. As one of ServiceNow’s security offerings, the product supports users within organizations in their efforts to reduce risk by remediating IT vulnerabilities before they are exploited. She formerly designed and tested data loss prevention blue sky initiatives at Forcepoint. She is a graduate of SDSU and is known to be hell-on-wheels in a knife fight.
