Sendcloud will present 5 lightning talks hosted by Caroline Overgoor, UX Lead at Sendcloud. Every speaker will focus on a particular part of the UX Design process that impacts the team in times of growth and will share key learning points and practical tips on how to improve design processes while increasing customer value in every step of the way. Collaboration is key at Sendcloud Design, collaboration with users, with designers, with developers and stakeholders. How to create a collaborative environment when working efficiently in a growing team? Join this meetup to learn about Sendcloud’s process, do and don’ts and finish the day with on- and offline networking opportunities.
