Interested in group singing but not ready to commit to a weekly choir? Try our new drop-in pub sing, led by Manoj Padki and Sandy Kerr! We're so excited to offer this new program to encourage community and a love of singing - NOW WITH UKULELEs!
The group - whoever shows up on any given night! - will sing a variety of music, from rounds and sea shanties to doo wop and folk music, with seasonal songs thrown in for fun. Our focus will still be on singing - with ukulele accompaniment. Feel free to bring your ukuleles! We are happy to teach ukulele chords to the tunes. Novices are welcome.
There's no fee (although a suggested donation of $5-10 will help cover music and materials!) and no commitment - just stop by Ground Effect Brewing in Hudson on the first Thursday of each month from 7-8pm. Beverages are available for purchase from the brewery (no outside alcohol allowed). Food is also often available from rotating food trucks in the parking lot.
