Outdoor Meetup - please email attendance, do not just RSVP

To attend this Outdoor Meetup and comply with COVID requirements, you MUST RSVP to:
with your name, contact number and date of the meetup. [Don't only RSVP to this meetup site.]
Your email RSVP with name, phone number will allow tracing, and will also allow any new songs to be emailed to you on Saturday morning for you to print and bring to the Meetup.
There will be Outdoor Meetups for the balance of 2020 - in addition to continuing our Virtual meetups on Friday nights.
Following the success of our first two Outdoor Meetups, the next Outdoor Meetup will be on Saturday 5 December at the Black Mountain Peninsula Park, Acton, in the shaded spot just south of the Radford College Rowing Shed (on John Cardiff Close,) at the regular meetup time of 2pm to 4pm. The session will be in two 45 minute halves with a short break in the middle. There is parking nearby and toilets are a short walk away.

Do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
If the weather is bad, the Outdoor Meetup will be cancelled. Notification of this will be done by 12 noon. Consult the Meetup site before you leave home.
The songbook for this Meetup will be Songbook 3. (We will bring some for sale to the meetup if you haven’t got yours yet.)
If you are bringing a new song to be played, please provide it in Word format by 5pm the previous Thursday to the meetup to
This will allow chord diagrams to be added/checked, and for the new songs to be emailed to all those who have registered for the meetup on Saturday morning prior to 12 noon.
Bring the following with you:
• A hat
• A chair
• Your stand, uke and songbook 3
• Copy of the new songs emailed to you
• Water
• Food if you wish, for yourself (not for sharing)
• Mask (optional)
• $5 (preferably a note)
URoC will bring sanitiser and spare masks, and Songbook 3 for purchase.
