Japanese Vodka (Shochu) Tasting and Wagyu Pairing : Insider Event

We are very happy to offer the very first event to the group next month!

We will be having a Shochu tasting and food pairing event at a Japanese restaurant in the city.

This event is exclusively offered to this group for free, and since the space is (unfortunately) limited for up to 50 people, we will confirm your attendance via sending confirmation message individually 7 days before the event. You will receive a link to the website that includes the detail of the event once your attendance is confirmed by us.

Cost: $0

What: Japanese vodka (shochu) tasting event with Japanese beef Wagyu and food pairing and some performances by Japanese artists.

There will be about 7 shochu distilleries coming from the southern island of Japan, Kyushu, and you will be sampling about 21 exclusive labels from Japan.

Where: A Japanese restaurant in West Village

Time: 3:30pm - 5pm (performance from 3-3:30pm)

Who: All members are welcome, but we would really like to have people that are passionate about food, or are also heavily involved with the food scenes in the city.

Why: Shochu is more popular in Japan than Sake. Because of no sugar or extremely low sugar content, it is paleo friendly, and also gives almost no hungover. This is why Japanese business executives usually go with Shochu all night long, but they will be at work at 8 am!
