The Highly Sensitive Person HSP and potluck

Spend time with other Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) in a supportive environment. If you have any questions about being an HSP, or questions about how to manage an aspect, or something your struggle with, you can write down your question anonymously and put it in the basket, and we will go around and people can draw a question and we will all discuss it. We've been having amazing conversations at these groups!

This month we will be having a potluck and time to socialize or play games after meeting for an hour to talk about how we thrive as Highly Sensitive People (or answer any questions you have).

We meet on the first Saturday of every month for 2 hours at this spot (provided the weather is good).

We meet at Morley Field between Jacaranda Place and Upas, just west of Jacaranda Drive (we'll have balloons up, and look for the Unapologetically Sensitive decals on the Van/Car and hung near our spot). This is in North Park 92104
