This group is for people experiencing stress who are looking for practical ways to reduce stress. The meetings are FREE and are held in different locations in Denver - Now they are held on-line in Zoom.
The meetings are on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3pm Mountain Time
Different people need different exercises based on their nervous system's subconscious survival strategies. The majority of the meeting is experiential - demonstrating a variety of practices so you can identify what works for you.
