You’re craving connection —the really deep kind, not the small-talk-by-the-food-table-kind You’re on a spiritual, healing or self-discovery journey You’re committed to self love or self improvement You’re interested in learning ways to better take care of yourself on multiple levels, from raw foods to emotions You’re empathic and/or energetically sensitive You want to have fun and be silly, as well as dive deep into yourself and others You’re brave enough to embrace authenticity, even if it means being weird You’re basically a unicorn.
The goal is to connect over a variety of activities and exercises, while bringing support and encouragement to healing lifestyles, practices and mindsets.
What we’ll be up to:
Every activity will include a raw/plant based snack/fruit/potluck component, a meditation or check-in, and possibly other connection exercises. Some of the activities we’ll be starting off with: -Monthly integrative health workshops, focused on a theme the group needs the most help with -Puzzle piecing and/or board games -Deep Diving 101 - basic shadow work exercises -BYO art form, whether it’s sketching, watercolors, painting, etc. -Beach and bonfire hangouts -Possibly movie nights and movie discussions, if we can find a house for them -Light physical activities, such as hikes, walks, frisbee… -And any other activities that you feel might suit your fellow Unicorns :)
