United Animal Friends

1. Complete and *submit* a Contact & Release Form. Disregard if you've already submitted one prior.
2. Review the group class rules and guidelines. Note, dogs must be fully vaccinated and at least 6 months of age.
3. Click *Attend* in this event to hold your spot.

THIS SERIES WILL TAKE PLACE 3 CONSECUTIVE TUESDAYS (specifically 8/25, 9/1 & 9/8). If you cannot attend any of these days, do NOT register for this class. There is no refund or rescheduling of a missed class or cancellation. Cost is $75 for the series and pay at the first class (cash or check).

LEVEL 1 (INDOOR EDITION): TRAINING FOUNDATIONS & K9 MOVEMENT

This series helps you build a clear and simple way to communicate with your pup — boosting confidence on both ends of the leash. As you learn to understand each other better, you'll naturally build trust, teamwork, and a deeper connection.

You’ll be introduced to marker words and core skills (sit, down, come, place). You'll also learn fun, practical agility and movement exercises you can do at home to keep your dog mentally and physically engaged. This class focuses on building coordination, confidence, and a stronger bond through simple, space-friendly activities.

Bring high value treats, 2 dog bowls, and water.

Minimum 4 dogs, but limited to 8 dogs. The class is held in a retail space, so dogs should be comfortable in an enclosed area. Note: this class is NOT ideal for dogs who are especially difficult to handle.

When you RSVP, you'll be asked "Are you bringing anyone?" Leave the number at 0 unless you plan to bring more than one dog. If you wish to bring a 2nd dog, you must have a 2nd handler who has his/her own Meetup account who must also RSVP.

If you are unable to attend this class, please cancel your registration ASAP and preferably 24 hours before the scheduled date/time to give a person on the waitlist ample notice

You may bring your own watercraft or rent one. Born To Be Wild rent out kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and pedal boats. They'll even meet you with the rental at Watson Lake Boat Ramp South. B2B has limited equipment, so make sure you book one soon at https://www.b2bwild.com/moon-light-kayaking.

WHERE TO MEET: We'll be launching off of the SOUTH boat ramp. See you there or on the Lake!

WHAT TO BRING:

• Warm clothes to layer ( temperatures can be cooler over water)
• Water & Snacks
• Bug Spray
• Change of clothes ( If you get damp you may be cold during the night)
• Government Issued ID (if you're renting from Born To Be Wild)
• Flashlight or Headlamp
