1. How Žan Mahnič got a mustache by Mato Žgajner (github.com/mzgajner) [talk, 30 minutes]

Like most modern JavaScript frameworks, Vue has great support for server-side rendering. When it works, it feels like magic, but when it doesn't, you need to expose the wizard behind the curtain and take a good look at what he's doing. This talk will focus on one such occasion where fixing a bug on Parlameter.si took us from an incorrect image on the website through Vue's source right down to internal browser implementations.

Mato is a JavaScript dev from Ljubljana, pretending to be full-stack, senior and other words employers like. When not at work, he's either hosting a radio show on indie-games, taking part in shady political hacktivism or dealing with his annoying dog.

2. Understanding the dark parts of Vue.js by Igor Talić (https://www.linkedin.com/in/igortalic/) [talk, 30 minutes]

Here in United Cloud we have been developing all our web based client apps in Vue.js, even for our internal tools, not just for the EON streaming platform. This time we’ll talk about what we learned about this framework, about the good and the bad practices, how to scale apps using Vue.js and how to optimize them. In the end we will cover unit testing in Vue.js.

Igor is a Javascript Developer at United Cloud worked on SMARTTV apps, EON STB app and now he’s working on EON web app. Even though he was doing Web development for 6 years, still the most interesting and fun things he has been working on are graphics and game programming. In his spare time he likes to make games, and play tennis.
