This is a group for anyone interested in Spirituality. All levels of interest are welcome. We started this group to connect with other like minded individuals in the area. Looking forward to meeting you and exploring Practical Spirituality here at this New Thought, Metaphysical, Spiritual, Unity Center in Downtown Norwalk, CT. Join us for Morning Meditations with Kenneth Gartman from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, just before our Celebration Service.
Powerful things can happen when we make space for them.
Meditation can seem so mystical. Many of us want to have a practice,
but there is so much information out there that it can be difficult to figure out where to start. So let’s walk through it together. We will be discussing various meditation techniques. Each class will also consist of two meditations.Please plan to arrive early, as the door will be closed during meditation to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We kindly ask that you only enter when the door is open, to avoid disrupting the experience.

#### Come and enjoy a fun evening of entertainment!
- Doors open at 6:30 pm. Sign-up for those who wish to perform is from 6:30-6:55 pm.
- You must sign up by 6:55 to perform. Once the show starts we may not be able to accommodate additional performers.
- Bring music printed out in your key and Kenneth will accompany you at the piano for your moment at the microphone.
- Comedians, poets, writers and musicians welcomed as well.
- Some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
- After the event, we will move the party to BanC House for a special 2 for 1 drink offer.

Gianni Palmarini is an actor/multi-instrumentalist based in NYC. Most recently, he played Pvt. Angelo Maggio in Sir Tim Rice’s new musical, “From Here to Eternity” at Skylight Music Theatre in Milwaukee. Regional: The REV, Phoenix Theatre Co, WPPAC, Forestburgh, Mill Mountain, and others.
