Now starting at 1:30 pm, this weekly class in Sheng Zhen qigong -- the qigong of unconditional love -- covers simple but profound movement and meditation practices that help to: • Stimulate self-healing abilities, • Balance the emotions, and • Open one’s heart to the experience and power of unconditional love. These practices may be done standing up and/or sitting down, depending on the class. Drop-ins and newcomers are welcome (no need to RSVP).
