This course is designed for those new to meditation as well as experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome! We focus on mindfulness of breath, mindfulness of the body, of emotions, of thoughts, and mindfulness of the mind.
What you’ll need:
Please wear loose fitting clothes. It is advisable not to wear a skirt or dress. Please bring two pillows/cushions to sit on.
About Jonathan Hunt
Jonathan has been meditating for about five years. He discovered insight meditation through online courses offered by the Insight Meditation Center. He is using the teachings of Gil Fronsdal as the foundation for these meditation sessions.
