Grief can be particularly difficult to navigate, especially through the holidays. This course has been developed to help navigate through the seven stages of grief and beyond. This course is designed as a community-based group, rather than a religious-based group. The group will meet weekly, and offer home practice for mindfulness and/or contemplative prayer.
