It is about being kind to ourselves, listening to our inner voices, to be guided to a better way of life, to feel inspired action, to reflect on our whole life experience and embrace what works for us.
Spirit is guiding me to run this group and I am sure they have much to share with us. I hope many of you will share your experiences, and be inspired by others or come and just listen in. Each week we will share a guided meditation.
