The Four Agreements

What if making 4 simple, yet powerful agreements could help you "transform your life as you recover the awareness and wisdom of your authentic self?"

This meetup will introduce you to The Four Agreements, a book written by Don Migeul Ruiz. These agreements can be defined as a powerful code of conduct for attaining personal freedom and true happiness. They are a tool for transformation, leading you to stop judging, mainly yourself, and to start practicing another way of life. They lead you to stop the guilt, shame, and self-rejection"

During our meetup, we'll explore The Four Agreements:

1. Be Impeccable with your Word Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

**If you adopted these Four Agreements as your own personal code of conduct, how would it impact your ability to achieve your dreams, to walk the path of the unstoppable woman?

We'll utilize an interactive game, thought-provoking questions, and group discussions to help you practice using the The Four Agreements as tools to break free from procrastination, self-doubt, fear and perfectionism.

**Reading the book, The Four Agreements is not a prerequisite for attending the meetup.

The day before the meetup, I'll send you an email with directions for getting to the Timber Cove Clubhouse.

Are you ready to "transform your life as you recover the awareness and wisdom of your authentic self?"
