A fitness community for people to be raw, real and empowered. When we are empowered, we build others up and become leaders to the people in our sphere of influence. All fitness levels welcome. Coaches are skilled at modification, so don't be intimidated to join in. The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. Our boot camps are designed to help increase muscle, build functional strength and enhance athleticism. Whether your goal is to lose weight or become better at your sport, our coaches are ready to help you achieve your full potential. Every class will spend time focusing on mobility and muscle activation, strength training, and high intensity muscle building circuits. Come train Untamed!

HS & College Athletic Enhancement

Jungle Gym Untamed

This class is for High School and College age athletes looking to improve their athletic performance.
We focus on running mechanics, major lifts & conditioning. As well as teamwork and leadership qualities to help our students excel in whatever sport or school they're aiming for.

Kickboxing Class

This class is a high-intensity circuit training. A full body workout incorporating boxing bags, kettlebells, sandbags, to bring you a great workout to increase your striking ability as well as overall athleticism.
