This week's workout:
2x (300m, 500m, 700m, 500m, 300m) 1min. recovery b/n intervals, 2-3 min. b/n sets. The pace is hard ish effort. A pace you can hold for 20 – 25 min. with very short breaks. (approx. 5k pace)
Focus on – if you are in a group, each person lead an interval. Practice leading, working hard, holding a set pace. Use the pack/ the group to help you get thru this workout. Even if you are a group of 2. Take turns leading.
I may change the workout up if weather doesn’t look too good.
