What we’re about
True meditation happens spontaneously, effortlessly and cannot be paid for. It is meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is full of peace, joy and love for each other. It is not just a set of exercises but a living process that will open up to you gradually as your mediation becomes deeper and your experience stronger and more fulfilling.
We use the simple technique from Sahaja Yoga which can help you become better balanced and better connected to yourself. Each week we go through simple meditation techniques, with guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the state of inner serenity. Meditation might also help you master your emotions and find solutions to your problems.
Our classes are suitable for everyone of all ages, no prior knowledge or experience is required. We will not do physical exercise in the class. Chairs will be available.
