On Saturday 10 January, we’re doing a social meet-up where we go together to the Repair Café at Verkstan. A Repair Café is a community event where people help each other mend, patch, and fix textile items so they can be used longer. You don’t need to be an expert—there will be knowledgeable people on site, and we learn by doing together. Knitwear is welcome too.
Meet-up and walk there together
We’ll meet about 30 minutes before the Repair Café at Olssons Tyger, and then walk to Verkstan as a group.
What to bring
• A textile item you want to repair (clothes, bags, etc.)
• Any materials you think you’ll need (thread, needles, patches, yarn, buttons, zippers, etc.)
Some supplies will be available on site, but not everything.
“Hoppets ekosystem” will visit and present what they do with textiles for the climate.

Cost
50 SEK (fika included). Bring cash if you don’t have swish or revolute me and I pay them.
