Join our small group of up to 6 participants as we discover the steps of depression recovery. We'll work through phases of healing using the expressive arts (collage, painting, drawing, sculpture, music, and movement) and mindfulness. Our group meets for 6 sessions with the option to continue as necessary.

An important role as a respectful witness includes understanding the need for privacy between group members. It is an honor to be present while others trust you to view their creative expression. We witness in silence and respect for one another's process. If invited, we can express how the images affect us personally without projecting our interpretations of the other's work.
