What we're about
Seattle is full of amazing green spaces ready to explore! Join us for walking meditations in one of Seattle's many great parks to experience nature and develop mindfulness techniques. We will meet up at least monthly to do walking meditations and share our experiences, with other possible meetups planned as well.
No experience necessary and all levels are welcome. You do not need to follow a druidic path, or be of any spiritual inclination whatsoever, but a healthy desire to connect with nature and build awareness will help!
