Seattle is full of amazing green spaces ready to explore! Join us for walking meditations in one of Seattle's many great parks to experience nature and develop mindfulness techniques. We will meet up at least monthly to do walking meditations and share our experiences, with other possible meetups planned as well.
No experience necessary and all levels are welcome. You do not need to follow a druidic path, or be of any spiritual inclination whatsoever, but a healthy desire to connect with nature and build awareness will help!

Mother's Day is May 12, so let's honor the original Mother-of-All, the Earth with what will hopefully be a beautiful morning walk on the trails of Seward Park. As always, we will be cultivating mindfulness and a gentle appreciation for our natural surroundings, and also expressing gratitude for how we are sustained each day by the planet we call home.
We'll meet May 11th at 9am near the playground area, which is near the main entrance on Juneau. From there, we'll be able to take a short stroll to the nearest trails. As always, we will hope for good weather, but will continue the walk if there is some light rain- so dress accordingly :)
Sights at Seward include beautiful views of Lake Washington and some lovely wooded trails- and maybe even the chance to see a bald eagle, beavers or other local wildlife. Please bring a water bottle and a light snack (I'll bring extras just in case). We'll go at an easy pace, so it should work for all levels of activity. Friendly, well-socialized dogs have joined us in the past and are welcome as long as they are on-leash.
Donations for snacks and meditation materials are appreciated, but by no means are necessary!
