We're following up last month's discussion with an extended, deep dive with two outstanding UX Researchers. Think of this event as office hours, where you can ask them anything pertaining to UX research and related topics.

About Our Speakers

John Chin is a Senior UX Researcher Contractor with Charles Schwab, where he works as a contractor. He is a User Experience leader focused on strategy, research and design. His expertise spans the mobile software development process, product and service life cycle with cross-platform user experience in marketing research, concept development, user interface design, and usability testing of digital products and physical retail spaces. John is patently innovative accessible universal
design for wireless device user interfaces. Skilled in planning, leading, and collaborating with diverse product teams and external vendors, including: OEMs, testing and design firms. He works independently and collaboratively as a team player on cross-functional teams.

Crystal Sundaramoorthy is a UX Researcher Contractor at Charles Schwab with an engineering mindset who finds the missing link between people’s goals & technological possibilities. She is driven to find the optimal ways technology can empower people to spend more of their time enjoying life – in other words, solutions that promote physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. She is also an insatiably curious learnaholic. The areas she most loves learning about are technology (especially emerging technology), people (behavior, cultures, cognition), and the ways businesses realize value by combining the two. Over the years, she has realized that the most profound learning comes from connecting with others. Collaboration and a growth mindset make a team greater than the sum of its parts. She lives with her husband and their little Boston Terrier puppy who's keeping them busy trying to get him trained to be a therapy dog.
