Overview:
The balloon festival features approximately 17 hot air balloons which are the focus for 5 launches and 2 balloon glow throughout the weekend. After the morning launches, the activities shift to Tethered Balloon Rides, Arts & Crafts Booths, Food Booths, Kids Games & Activities and continuous live entertainment with many performers. There are free concerts at Eden Park Friday and Saturday.
This year the festival will team up with Michelle Robinson of the Bitcoin and Blockchain community to host the first experimental social event with an objective to educate the community on real life application of the up and rapidly coming digital currency technology. This event will feature a full day informative symposium to educate attendees on the the resources currently available. Thereafter, we will continue education throughout the day while featuring vendor booths for the festival attendees to interact with, and hopefully transact with.
