What we're about

This is a peer run support group where our common experiences and concerns allow us to provide emotional and moral support for one another. The group is run by a peer facilitator who has actually lived the experience being addressed by the group. The facilitator wil try to guide group members in healthy and purposeful discussion that can address the issues for which this group is designed.

This group is open to all victims of narcissistic abuse including adult children of narcissistic parents.

*Is your spouse abusive and/manipulating?

*Has your significant other changed from the nice person you once knew to someone you hardly recognize?

*Do you have friends who you think might have narcissistic tendencies such as denying your reality, blame-shifting, deflection, lying, sense of entitlement, grandiosity, gaslighting, unable to apologize and be accountable for their actions?

*Do you hold back expressing your feelings or your experience for fear of being yelled at?

*Are you familiar with the narcissistic cycle of emotional abuse? Idealize, Devalue and Discard? Hoovering?

Since our experience is unable to be understood by those closest to us, it is very important for us to be validated by others who understand how we feel and what we have been through. While the internet has a wealth of information on healing and recovery, there is nothing like interaction with others to validate our experience. Come as you are....bring a friend.
