    Applied Breathing: A practical approach to Chi Kung-

    Introduction to Hoshin Tao Chi Kung-The Hoshin system is an eclectic bend of methods that work quickly and easily to develop chi energy.

    Posture and environment-
    Seated, standing and lying down postures are all useful, depending on the desired outcome. We will cover the how and why of each of them plus other details of practice. Intro to Wim Hof Breathing Method-
    Wim Hof, the Iceman, is becoming a household name all over the world due to his ability to withstand extreme cold. One of the Pillars of the Wim Hof Method is an easy to learn and use breathing technique that anyone can do. The importance of movement-
    Static posture meditation is very important, but it is equally important that the body be kept supple and strong, especially as chi energy becomes stronger. We will cover a series of simple exercises that can be scaled to suit any body.

    Secret Smile-
    This is the center of the Hoshin universe, the most important exercise in the system. We will go thru it step by step so that you can apply this powerful meditation to your own practice.
