If you use any process of life to transcend your limitations, that is yoga. Everything – the very way you breathe, sit, stand, eat, walk and work – can be yoga. Hatha yoga is not exercise. Understanding the mechanics of the body, creating a certain atmosphere, and then using body postures to drive your energy in specific directions is what hatha yoga or yogasanas are about. “Asana” means a “posture.” If you have observed yourself when you are angry, you sit one way; if you are happy, you sit another way; if you are depressed, you sit another way. For every different level of consciousness or mental and emotional situation that you go through, your body naturally tends to assume certain postures. The converse of this is the science of asanas. If you consciously get your body into different postures, you can elevate your consciousness.

Surya Kriya :
A potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner well-being. Surya Kriya includes several aspects that enrich one’s life such as Develops mental clarity and focus, Remedies weak constitutions, Prepares one for deeper states of meditation.
Upa Yoga Free Session :
Upa Yoga, a form of yoga that exercises the muscles without any risk of injury, lubricate the joints, rejuvenates the body for action and bring in a certain level of strength to the system.
Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

Yoga for Balance :
A set of practise designed to cleanses the nadis the pathways through which pranic energy flows, resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing. IIn other words, these are practices balances your mind and body, thereby balance in your life.
This module includes asanas, pranayama and Nadha (Sound) yoga. It's an ideal session for anyone who wants to experience depth and dimension of Yoga. If you are already practicing Surya Kriya,Yogasanas, and Angamardhana, this is not for you.
Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance
Bhuta Shuddhi :
The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. Bhuta Shuddhi is a process of cleansing the five elements, its a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.
