Free Community Workout - Strength Training
Join us for a full body strength workout, led by a certified personal trainer. Weight training experience is helpful, but not necessary. As long as you are in good health and comfortable pushing yourself, you should be good to go. Safety is a huge priority of ours, so we will be coaching form and spotting during the session. Let's build each other up! Be ready to work hard, and kick some ass in good company. What to expect: We'll start out with a little meet and greet, and will start warming up at about 8:05-8:10. After a 5 to 10 minute warm up, we'll hit the weights for around 30-45 min, and then cool down and stretch. Following this class, there will be about a 15-30 minute break before we go into our conditioning workout. We've also got a flexibility class scheduled after the first two classes. You're welcome to stick around and do all three, but please RSVP for each one you plan to attend. What to bring: +Towel +Water Bottle +Yoga Mat +Wear Appropriate Workout Attire
