At our first meet-up in January there was a request for case studies. So in March we will have two case studies by leading pricing and value consultants. We will then work in groups to solve a value and pricing challenge for a local company. If you want to put forward a candidate please reach out to us.
The first case study will look at Economic Value Estimation (EVE) models built by Brian Kahnert for one of the most innovative Internet of Things companies in Vancouver. EVE models are a key tool in understanding economic value.
In the second case study Karen Chiang from Ibbaka will walk us through work done with The Financial Times in London England on how to uncover new forms of value and to use these to innovate on pricing models.
