Robert Reppel wrote his first commercial software applications more than 25 years ago. Since then, he has been involved in many more as a developer, architect, entrepreneur, development manager and agile practitioner, for companies ranging from startups to large multinationals. His main interest is the evolution of software solutions over time and the cultures and organizational structures which shape them. He specializes in helping organizations to innovate and achieve faster turnaround for new product development while leveraging or replacing legacy assets.
