Laravel Meetup: May 2017

Are you an artisan? Vancouver PHP presents a Laravel Meetup.

This is a new event with a bit more of a Laravel framework focus.

Sticking to the old adage of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", we are continuing the trend of having the first half of the meetup as a networking session and then leading right into a round of lightning talks.

• 6:15 pm - Doors open for chatting and networking

• 6:30 pm - Presentations start

• 8:30 pm - More networking and chatting

Lightning Talks

Lightning Talks are presentations lasting 5-10 minutes on anything PHP/Laravel followed by 5 minutes of questions.

After party?

In the past, some people have decided to get together and head to a nearby place and grab some drinks and food. I am sure that will happen again. If anyone has any ideas, we would love to hear them!
