Thank you for taking the initiative to organize the destinations and the group, Barry.

I especially enjoyed the Orpheum because not only were we allowed to see all the things we are usually not allowed to see, the guides were also very informative. If we have a photo walk that does not have a guide, it would be great if participants can be responsible for one or two of the sites along the route too, although that would be like a school field trip.

Thanks again for the opportunities, Barry, and thanks everyone, for being who you are.

Hi Photowalkers

I just wanted to send out an update on the Vancouver Photowalks group and thank each and every one of you for being a member here. I started this group on the 31 Jan 2012, not so long ago. Since then we have grown incredibly and to be honest I am shocked at how many people have become part of this group. In just over 3 months we have 370 members, which is amazing and we have had 10 Photowalks!

We have also had some really great photowalks, we have been to an old heritage home in Southwest Marine Drive, done a shoot on Granville Street at night and on Saturday we did a photographic tour of the Orpheum Theatre. I lots more ideas and some fun and interesting ways to get out and take photos, so keep watching this space.

So, once again THANK YOU for being a part of this group and making it what it is, as always, see you on the next photowalk!
