Some of our members are already vegetarian or vegan. Others just have a feeling that eating more plants such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains and pulses, while consuming fewer animal products (meat, eggs, dairy) is the right things to do for their own health and that of the planet. What we all have in common is our desire to learn more about how to thrive thanks to plant-based foods.
