In this talk we will provide some insights on the initial stages of forming a team of software developers. We will mostly focus on the team’s identity: its mission, name and values. Special emphasis will be given to the values with an example from a team at Galvanize. James Scicluna, R&D Manager at Galvanize is going to share his experience with us.
