Forming Software Development Teams

Location image of event venue

In this talk we will provide some insights on the initial stages of forming a team of software developers. We will mostly focus on the team’s identity: its mission, name and values. Special emphasis will be given to the values with an example from a team at Galvanize. James Scicluna, R&D Manager at Galvanize is going to share his experience with us.

Thanks Galvanize for hosting this event and providing the pizza!

Feel free to invite your friends or fellow managers to join us as well.
